The Vault – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Vault. We’re committed to your satisfaction. Please review our policy below.

1) Eligibility Window
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- To qualify, items must be:
  - Completely new, unused, and in the same condition received, with all original tags, accessories, and packaging; or
  - Damaged during shipping (see “Damaged Items” below).

2) Condition Requirements
- New/unused items must be returned in resaleable condition with original packaging and any included documentation or accessories.
- Items showing signs of wear, use, alteration, or removal of tags may not be eligible for return.
- Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons if specified on the product page (if applicable).

4) Damaged Items (Shipping Damage)
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us process your claim.
- Once approved, you may return the item for a full refund (including tax). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (see “Return Shipping & Refunds”).

5) Return Shipping & Refunds
- Return shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for all returns, including damaged-in-transit and authentication-related returns.
- Refund amount: Eligible returns receive a 100% refund of the purchase price plus applicable tax.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
- Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time: Please allow 3–10 business days from the date we receive and inspect your return for your refund to be processed. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

6) How to Start a Return
- Contact us via the chat box in the bottom left on our website
- Order details: Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant documentation (e.g. damage photos).
- Packaging: Pack the item securely in original packaging when possible to prevent damage in transit.
- Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The Vault is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

8) Exceptions & Additional Terms
- Items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page are not eligible for return unless defective or not as described.

- The Vault reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions or show signs of wear, alteration, or misuse.

  • The Vault reserves the right to alter any conditions of this policy at anytime. By purchasing a product from The Vault you are agreeing that any conditions you see here may not be applicable at a later date.
