Welcome to The Vault. By accessing or using our website, products, or services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1) Eligibility and Accounts
- You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and update it as needed.

2) Orders, Pricing, and Availability
- All orders are offers to purchase and subject to our acceptance.
- Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice.
- We may cancel or refuse any order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, policy violations). If we cancel after payment, you’ll receive a full refund to the original payment method.

3) Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Returns
- Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver items to the carrier.
- Our Return & Refund Policy (incorporated by reference) governs all returns and refunds.

4) Product Authenticity and Descriptions
- We aim for accuracy in descriptions and images but do not warrant they’re error-free.
- Authenticity is supported per our Return & Refund Policy. No products are authentic.

5) Acceptable Use
- You agree not to:
  - Engage in illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful activity;
  - Interfere with or disrupt the Services or security features;
  - Access data/systems without authorization;
  - Use bots, scrapers, or data-mining tools.

6) Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, logos, and materials are not owned by or licensed to The Vault.
- You’re granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted.

7) Third-Party Links and Services
- We’re not responsible for third-party sites or services linked from our Services. Use them at your own risk.

8) WE DO NOT SELL YOUR SHIT
- We do not sell any customer information to any third-party services. Period.
- We collect and use personal data only to operate, improve, and support the Services (e.g., order processing, support, fraud prevention, analytics, and necessary service providers).
- We may share information with service providers under confidentiality/data-processing obligations, or when required by law (e.g., lawful requests by authorities).
- See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect, how we use it, retention, and your choices. Illinois residents may have specific rights under state and federal law.

9) Changes to the Terms
- The Vault reserves the right to alter, remove, or add any condition or term at any time at our sole discretion.
- Any and all conditions/terms shown effective today may not be applicable at a later date.
- We will post updates with an updated Effective Date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

10) Disclaimers
- The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois and U.S. law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

- All items are not authentic, we stand behind the quality of every product sold by The Vault. We do not advertise any product as authentic and we do not own or have licensing permission from any brand.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

11) Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law, The Vault and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services.
- Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to The Vault for the product or Service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the event.

12) Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify and hold The Vault harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

13) Governing Law and Venue (Illinois)
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- You agree that the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute, unless otherwise required by law. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14) Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Terms that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

15) Severability and Waiver
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

16) Entire Agreement
- These Terms, together with our Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and The Vault regarding the Services.
